Ingram Micro’s Xvantage Integrations Hub delivers a plug-and-play experience

Ingram Micro has launched its AI-powered Xvantage Integrations Hub. Readily available in nine countries where Xvantage is deployed, Ingram Micro’s Xvantage Integrations Hub is set to offer customers and vendors a frictionless experience, dramatically simplifying software integrations by enabling instant access to prebuilt applications and more secure modern workflows.

With the new Xvantage Integrations Hub, integrations that could have taken months can now be completed in seconds or minutes, helping customers and vendors significantly speed up their transformations. Hub-spot, Salesforce, ZOHO and more are among the ready-to-deploy global and regional integrations. Dozens of additional integrations are expected to go live in the Xvantage Integrations Hub throughout 2025.

“The global platform and sharing economy are accelerating business transformation across industries, including the tech sector, and introducing a new wave of collaboration and resilience,” said Frank Della Rosa, research vice president of SaaS, business platforms, and industry cloud, IDC. “Ingram Micro’s Xvantage platform and new Xvantage Integrations Hub demonstrate the balance required between integrations and interactions to build a digitally-enabled organisation that prioritises the customer experience and business execution.”

Engineered in-house by Ingram Micro’s global platform group, the new Xvantage Integrations Hub uses the power of AI models to integrate instantly and securely with existing SaaS Platforms – including CRM, ERP, RMM, and CPQ (configure, price, quote). This effort speeds up time to value and helps eliminate the need for costly custom software development. The Xvantage Integrations Hub also helps reduce manual workloads, empowering partners to scale efficiently and apply their talent to more valuable business and service lines.

“Platform integrations are the connective tissue of the AI-enabled future of the technology ecosystem,” said Ambrish Verma, chief product officer, Ingram Micro. “With the Xvantage Integrations Hub, we are moving towards a platform-driven experience led by an AI-enabled team focused on achieving greater collaboration, productivity, and efficiency.”
