Lenovo has created five tailored journeys within its Lenovo 360 Global Partner Framework. These new pathways are designed to cater to partners focused on key industry segments, technology solutions, and routes to market. The initial five topics are Lenovo 360 for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Lenovo 360 for Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Lenovo 360 for AI, Lenovo 360 for Data Management, and Lenovo 360 for Education. These pathways aim to streamline partner access to Lenovo’s extensive portfolio of devices, infrastructure, services, and solutions, demonstrating Lenovo 360’s flexibility and customisation for partners in high-growth areas.
Each journey within the Lenovo 360 framework includes five key offerings: digital platforms, training, incentives, communities, and marketing. These offerings are designed to provide partners with the necessary resources, learning paths, reward programmes, collaboration opportunities, and promotional assets to succeed.
Pascal Bourguet, vice president and global channel chief at Lenovo, said: “As industries increasingly turn to AI-driven solutions, flexible data management, and cloud services, Lenovo 360 provides partners with the tools and training needed to meet customer demand and stay ahead of technological advancements in these dynamic segments. We are focusing our efforts initially in these high-growth areas and will continue to bring additional pathways to new verticals, technologies, and routes to market over time.”
Lenovo 360 for GSIs, Lenovo 360 for AI, Lenovo 360 for Data Management, and Lenovo 360 for Education will be available to partners globally by April 2025 on Lenovo Partner Hub. Managed Service Providers can already take advantage of Lenovo 360 for MSPs in Canada, USA, Brazil, Mexico, UKI, Japan, India, and Australia.
In addition to the tailored journeys, Lenovo has launched several new and updated tools and features for Lenovo 360, set to roll out in the coming months. Partners will gain the ability to personalise their newsletter preferences via the new Lenovo 360 Communications Center, which will be available in select markets with full channel availability by March 2025. The new Lenovo 360 Marketing Center will provide a comprehensive content creation platform for partners to customise campaigns and sales assets, available globally by March 2025.
Furthermore, ‘learn and earn’ opportunities for managed tier partners will become more streamlined, with simplified programme qualifications and reduced complexity. The Lenovo 360 Solutions Hub will also be expanded to 47 markets by February 2025, supporting more than 50 channel-ready solutions in eight languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese.
