TD Synnex has launched a dedicated software store for RSA secure identity solutions, providing partners with a fast and easy way to ensure they never miss renewals of licences or subscriptions for the company’s authentication software and services.
The RSA software store will simplify the process for partners to track and capture renewals on product licences, support services, and the physical tokens that many organisations still use. It also facilitates the transition of RSA customers to the vendor’s new subscription model, which unifies various contracts and renewal options previously available.
“RSA generates excellent levels of business for partners, and with the new dedicated software store, it will be much easier for them to ensure they capture 100% of renewals business and any potential for increased sales,” said Simon Bennett, managing director, advanced solutions, UK and Ireland, TD Synnex. “It will also streamline the process of transitioning customers from a framework of multiple renewals to RSA’s simpler, unified subscription plan.”
In addition to renewal alerts, TD Synnex offers a free audit service for RSA partners to assess whether customers have the appropriate number of licences and tokens. The ‘Right-Size Your Renewal’ assessment identifies if more or fewer licences are needed, providing RSA partners with a unique way to add extra value for their customers.
Upon signing up for the software store, partners will receive regular updates on customer renewal due dates. Reports can be generated weekly, showing all renewals due within 90, 60, and 30 days. The software store also facilitates the generation of quotes and swift renewal of licences once customer approval is received.
RSA has been encouraging customers to switch to unified subscriptions for all services. These subscriptions combine product licences, support contracts, and token renewals into a single contract with one overall fee. The software store makes quoting for and processing new subscriptions easier, as well as tracking their renewal due dates.
