VIP appoints new MD

VIP Computer Centre has appointed Harpreet Sahni as its new managing director, effective immediately. Harpreet will take charge alongside the existing board of directors. Jatti Sahni, who has been operating as acting MD since September 2020 will now step back into his role as chairman of VIP.

Harpreet Sahni joined VIP in February 2019, initially serving as head of operations. Since then, his responsibilities have broadened to include purchasing and IT. Currently, he holds a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s daily operations and spearheading the IT strategy. Under his leadership, the business has achieved significant growth, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Harpreet has over a decade of IT industry experience. As a management consultant at Accenture, he worked with different clients across the Retail, Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical sectors, and built expertise in project management, system implementation, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance and strategically align with client business needs.
