Tech Data’s launch of its Cisco 1Source offers an online self-service portal within its InTouch ecommerce platform that simplifies estimate and deal registration on the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) system.
The platform is fully integrated with CCW, as soon as the data is available on the Cisco platform, it is also available on InTouch. The only thing partners need do is log in to InTouch and start building their quotes. The tool is now fully available after a successful pilot phase.
According to Tony Nevill, director, Cisco, at Tech Data, UK and Ireland: “We have put a lot of effort into the development of 1Source and we believe it will really help Cisco partners to save time and win more business. It can be frustrating for partners when they have to wait for bids or deals to come through. Being able to get a quote done and out to the customer without any delay can make a huge difference.
