If you’re planning on heading to Vegas this month to visit this year’s CES (Consumer Electronics Show), albeit virtually as the show is being held online only due to the current pandemic, then here’s a taste of some top product picks that you can expect to find at the show:
SMART WORK: KLAXOON BOARD
The Klaxoon Board features a built-in video conferencing tool, launched last September.
Board is a simple, inclusive, next-generation workspace for visual collaboration, which promotes participation for all, notably through built-in videoconferencing.
At the end of last year, Klaxoon launched a new all-in-one visual standard for teams working on-site and/or remotely. Developed during the first lockdown, using feedback from and the experiences of thousands of teams and organizations, it is an answer to the hybrid work model that is here to stay.
Board gives you access to a complete visual workspace in one place: a visual interface that accepts all types of content and file formats, with hundreds of ready-to-use meeting templates and Klaxoon’s built-in video conferencing function, Live, as well as the option of using other tools available on the market, like Teams, Meet, Zoom, or Webex.

Layers of dust and debris that loom on the surface often discourage pool owners from jumping right in. After placing the Ariel unit in the pool and turning her on, she effortlessly maneuvers to remove up to 95% of dirt, leaves, pollen, dust, hair, oil and more before the debris decays and sinks to the bottom. Ariel owners enjoy a net-free world, less bacteria and algae growth, less filtration and sanitization needs, and less pool pump runtime.
“Automated surface cleaning is becoming recognized throughout the pool industry as a critical part of pool maintenance and greatly contributes to having a clean and healthy swimming pool,” said Paul Sim, Vice President of Pivot-Solar Breeze. “Ariel is the culmination of years of engineering and consumer feedback to produce the quintessential, future-focused pool cleaning device that brings a whole new level of intelligence, beauty and performance to the robotic surface cleaning category.” The original Solar-Breeze was launched in 2011, creating a whole new category of robotic pool cleaners. Since then, the Solar-Breeze NX and Solar-Breeze NX2 have become the preferred pool-skimming robots by pool owners in 48 states and 20 countries.
Crew in a Box Remote Video Production Solution
Crew in a Box offers a convenient long-term solution for quick turnaround shoots, reducing unnecessary travel and saving time while delivering professional, studio-quality results.
Crew in a Box is delivered directly to on-camera talent’s doorstep in a fully disinfected military-grade case containing a 6k cinema camera, expandable 3-foot wide LED light capable of dimming and colour temperature changes, direct address teleprompter/Interrotron, a second, detachable teleprompter/Interrotron monitor for off-axis eyelines, and two professional microphones. Each component works together in a fully integrated system that is completely remotely controlled.
On-camera talent simply opens the box and plugs it in, and Crew in a Box automatically connects over the Internet to a remote team of filmmakers who control every component. This is achieved through cellular bonding, without needing to connect to the user’s home Wi-Fi network, eliminating concerns of compromised security.
Clients and crew join a video conference where they view a beautiful, high-resolution feed from the camera and participate as if they were on set, while the director appears on Crew in a Box’s Interrotron to direct the talent, creating an incredibly seamless experience for all involved. High-resolution video, up to 6K, is recorded inside the box, but clients can also choose to livestream the shoot.
Wireless SafeAudio Headphones
For child hearing protection, the BuddyPhones Cosmos+ has 3 volume limiting levels to choose from to suit a child’s age or when a boost is needed in noisy surroundings, such as on a plane. Switch on active noise cancellation to block out distracting background noise allowing the child to listen clearly without turning the volume up needlessly high. The StudyMode helps isolate voices from other sounds, producing crisper, clearer vocals for studying or watching lessons. Combine the attachable beam mic with active noise cancellation and StudyMode to greatly boost concentration level and productivity. The dual connection feature which allows the headphones to be connected both wired or wirelessly is a life saver if you ever run out of battery. If ever a friend wants to listen in on what’s playing, simply use the BuddyLink to connect another wired headphone to the Cosmos+ and share.
