Laurence Lafont is also joining as vice president of industries for the EMEA region outside of France. In addition, long term Googler Benjamin Faes will continue as managing director for Central and Eastern Europe, Israel, Middle East and Africa.

These new appointments follow in line with the company’s plans to evolve its EMEA organisation to meet customers and partners needs during, what  the company describes as a “continued period of accelerated growth.”

Google Cloud originally announced the appointment of Pip White in June this year. She joins from Salesforce with nearly two decades of experience and will be responsible for spearheading Google Cloud’s sales strategy across the UK and Ireland.

Daniel Holz joins the company as vice president of the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Nordics region, following a 12-year stint at SAP Germany. He brings extensive experience having also spent time at IBM and Oracle and will oversee the ongoing development of customer-centric solutions and services in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.
