Electrosmog (ES) is no longer a threat to society according to scientists, however TV presenter Noel Edmonds begs to differ.
Edmonds claims that electrosmog is driving us all mad and is now a bigger threat to us than Ebola or Aids.
The mist, that is emitted by the use of Wi-Fi and mobile phones, is said to be the most threating global issue facing us today, according to Edmonds.
But scientists have revealed that the case for electrosmog is almost non-existent, with four per cent of people around the UK claiming to experience symptoms, from hair loss to headaches, reports The Guardian.
The World Health Organisation also supports this, with a statement from 2005 reading: “There is no scientific basis to link ES symptoms to EMF exposure. Further, ES is not a medical diagnosis, nor is it clear that it represents a single medical problem."
Speaking to CelebrityRadio.biz, Edmonds said: “’We’re surrounded by electro mist, fog and smog. We’re covering ourselves in the wrong sorts of electro-magnetism.
“The Wi-Fi and all of the systems that we are introducing into our lives are destroying our own natural electro-magnetic fields.”
The Deal or No Deal frontman says that he is able to banish the negative vibes caused by the smog by using a £2,000 computerised yoga mat every day, which he also claims helps to maintain his youthful looks.
Edmonds added: ”It’s a brilliant technology, it is not cheap, it costs £2,000. It removes pain and reduces stress and people tell me I don’t look 66.”
During the interview Edmonds also revealed that there is no such thing as death, stating that we can’t die.
