Exertis Micro-P to distribute Naim’s new music system

Exertis Micro-P has announced that it will carry out the distribution of Naim Audio’s first consumer wireless music system, Mu-so.

Mu-so combines various features including streaming, amplification and a loudspeaker design, to help create a clear and loud sound for users.

Ryan Latham, director of marketing and communications at Naim Audio, said: “Mu-so has been a three-year project for our engineers and we believe we have developed a truly special music player.

“We cannot wait to see Mu-so take the Naim sound to new audiences, and we are also excited to be working with Exertis Micro-P.”

Mu-so can stream high-resolution quality music from a range of devices, including smartphones, tablets and laptops.

The music system also includes AirPlay, Bluetooth and internet radio, as well as having the ability to boost the sound of a TV or games console through a digital input.

Chris Martin, audio business manager at Exertis Micro-P, added: “It’s incredibly exciting to be appointed distributor for Naim Audio’s first entry into the consumer space.”

Mu-so will launch into selected retailers during this September, in time for the Christmas demand.
