EA will release its first big SimCity patch tonight around 9pm to fix a number of the game’s most complained-about bugs.
The patch will fix a number of issues including an unexplained fluctuation of tourists, random air pollution, and too many random disasters. There will also be some new content, including data maps and mayors mansion.
One of the biggest criticisms about SImCity has been its online-only gameplay. Many were hoping for an offline mode in the update, but it seems they won’t be getting one.
SimCity will go offline for around two hours from 9pm tonight while the update takes place.
