Organiser says 30th anniversary show will attract a growing number of heavyweight buyers

Next Computex will break records

Computex’s 30th anniversary show, running from June 1st to June 5th, is expected to attract a record breaking 35,000 international buyers.

According to Expert Reviews, the shows organiser TAITRA says that the event will contain 4,700 display booths organised by 1,750 exhibitors. To meet the trend of announcing new releases, the show will also feature ‘New Product Launch Sites’ in each of the two main halls.

The organisers will also be arranging over 2,000 ‘match-making’ meetings between large firms. It’s estimated that these meetings generated more then $700 million worth of business, while TAITRA claims that the show generated over $20 billion overall last year.
