Intel has launched its new Business Exchange Software Store, which it claims will offer vendors a new sales channel.
According to CRN, the site will also help small to medium businesses address software issues, as well as offer product evaluations and competitive prices.
As part of the launch, which was made in the UK, France and Germany, Intel will be offering a ten per cent discount until June 30th.
“This launch represents an exciting development for Intel and for European SMBs. Intel BX provides users with a unique resource to learn about, evaluate and purchase software,” said Intel EMEA’s director of developer relations, Wolfgang Petersen.
“It is also great for the ISV community – providing a channel to market for some of the small and highly innovative software companies who might otherwise struggle to get their products in front of such a broad audience.”
