Vendor includes touch-screen support for new Windows

Microsoft touches the future

Microsoft’s new version of Windows is to include support for touch-screen interaction.

According to the Inquirer, many of the control gestures are the same as those used on touch screen phones like the iPhone, but also includes actions like copy and paste and text highlighting.

The touch screen support has been implemented at core level, which means that it can be used with any Windows compatible program.
