18 month administration process brought to an end by Companies House and DTE Leonard

Evesham dissolved

Defunct British vendor Evesham has been official dissolved, after Companies House and administrators DTE Leonard issued statements confirming the closure of proceedings.

Documents released by Companies House revealed that the firm entered dissolution status on January 30th. It originally went into administration on August 3rd, as reported by PC Retail.

The documents show that Evesham Technology Ltd, Evesham Technology Holdings Ltd and Mertec Evesham Ltd all moved from administration to dissolution on that date.

In addition, joint administrators JM Titley and A Poxon said in a statement: "All assets of the companies have now been realised."
