Google launches Docs for mobile

A stipped down version of the service presents users with a search box with recent documents all listed. At the moment, however, only document viewing, and not editing, is possible. The blogosphere suggests Google is working on an editable release.

The launch is the latest in a constant trickle of mobile actions from the search giant, which is also rumoured to be working on a content-only search service, phone, and even a network.
