Mitsubishi signs deal with Icion

Mitsubishi has announced a deal with digital signage board manufacturer Icion to supply a range of LCD displays.

Mitsubishi’s range of LCD displays have been designed for use with in the retail environment for the display of electronic POS advertising as well as demonstration uses. They are also designed for use at public information points, in reception areas and in meeting rooms.

The range includes 32-inch, 37-inch, 42-inch, and 46-inch models that all produce high definition images and come equipped with a host of features including a screen saver function, fast response times, high contrast and high brightness levels. They can also be used in landscape and portrait modes to use the end use of the product.

Technical director at Icion, James Game said: "When considering our technology partners the most important factors are product reliability, product performance and the levels of support we receive. After using Mitsubishi for over 4 years I had no hesitation in continuing our partnership which will hopefully see us both continue our growth within the Digital Signage Sector."

Divisional manager at Mitsubishi Electric, Alistair Duthie said: "Continuing our partnership with Icion, will enable us to strengthen and expand our market share within the digital signage arena, and demonstrates our commitment to building relationships with highly regarded integrators."
