Double Microsoft with VIP Computers

First launched at the start of April this year, the site has now been updated with almost double the number of pages. As an Authorised Microsoft OEM Distributor, VIP developed the ‘Accelerate with Microsoft’ site as a free advisory service to support retailers and system builders.

With every page featuring FAQs, jargon busters and links to further online resources, the site provides Microsoft resellers with a one stop shop resource for buying and selling OEM software.

Resellers will now find brand new sections offering marketing materials, advice on training, latest news and events, plus the chance to win an Xbox 360 games console. Existing pages have also been updated with additional resources, including Vista sales kits and instructional videos on how to buy and sell the 2007 Office System.

Microsoft UK OEM UK Channel Sales Manager, Tim Schroder, said: “Microsoft is supporting the “Accelerate with Microsoft” website, a great way for VIP’s customers to get access to sales and marketing tools, which will enable them to maximise revenue opportunities for existing and new Microsoft products such as, Windows Vista and Office 2007.”
