As China continues to lead a rapid expansion in the Eastern internet and games market, consultancy firm Pearl Research has launched a new initiative to help Western firms make inroads into the market.
Entitled China Games and Internet Business Development Mission, the firm is offering company executives the chance to meet with leading figures in established Chinese businesses such as Shanda, Tencent, Juunet, Perfect Work and Sohu this July.
China currently boasts over 133 million internet users, and its games market is expected to exceed $1 billion this year.
