Growing trade event moves to Whittlebury Hall on May 14th 2015, with a new format

The all new PCR Boot Camp: Everything you need to know

As PCR Boot Camp enters its 5th year, we are introducing an exciting new format and location for the ever growing trade event.

The big change is that it will take place at Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire on May 14th. The venue offers delegates first class facilities in a centralised, easily accessible, countryside setting with free onsite parking and affordable overnight accommodation. Retailers, resellers and system builders can register here for free attendance.

Why are we moving it to Whittlebury Hall?

While a London location was accessible for those already in London, we’ve listened to a lot of feedback from delegates and a venue outside the city would seem to be better for more people.

Taking it outside of inner London and into a stately country retreat not only provides a more pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in which to do business, but it should also be easier to attend – delegates get free parking and hugely reduced accommodation at the historical spa and hotel. Sharing ideas, concerns and getting together over a drink in the hotel bar should be much easier and cheaper should delegates wish to stay overnight

For exhibitors the process of delivering and loading stand equipment will be much easier at the spacious venue as well, with multiple loading points and again, free on site parking. Talk to Jenny Lane to find out how to exhibit.

What’s the new format?

The morning conference format remains the same, providing a mix of speaker and panel sessions, all designed to help dealers improve sales and ‘get fit for business’ in 2015. More details of the schedule will be announced soon.

However the structure of Whittlebury Hall allows us to offer more bespoke exhibition options for partners in the afternoon – you can book a large room and fill it with product for a more complete demonstration, a smaller private room for meeting delegates in smaller numbers, or a more traditional stand.

All the rooms are in one centralised location, with easy access between each, as well coffee and seating areas and outside gardens.

What about the after party?

The larger area gives us more room to set up a great networking evening event, with dinner cooked by the resident chefs and free drinks for all delegates. As well as the privately booked after party area, we have access to the large outdoor seating of the country venue to enjoy the spring weather, as well as the hotel bar.

Is it still free for dealers – and what about our free gift?

Yes, PCR Boot Camp is still completely free for retailers, resellers and system builders to attend. And each attendee will be given a Philips OST690 10 Bluetooth Boombox to take home. You get a full day of conferences, networking and getting your hands on new product, as well as free lunch and dinner, free parking and reduced rates for overnight accommodation.

All you need to do is register here to let us know you’re coming.
