CMS Distribution has agreed a new UK&I distribution partnership with BigPanda, the vendor behind the context layer for Agentic ITOps, as demand grows for AI‑driven automation across enterprise operations.
The deal enables CMS Distribution’s channel partners to offer BigPanda’s Agentic ITOps platform to enterprises looking to move away from manual, reactive workflows across NOC, SRE and incident management teams. BigPanda provides a connected team of IT agents designed to prevent incidents before customers are affected and autonomously resolve them when they occur.
As organisations manage increasingly complex hybrid environments spanning observability, cloud and service management platforms, operations teams remain constrained by fragmented knowledge and manual coordination. BigPanda’s IT Knowledge Graph unifies documented organisational context with informal, tribal knowledge, giving AI agents the understanding required to reason and act autonomously. The result is a shift from reacting to outages towards preventing disruption and reducing operational noise.
Through CMS Distribution’s established partner ecosystem and specialist observability expertise, BigPanda will gain additional reach across UK&I resellers, MSPs and enterprise‑focused solution providers. The agreement supports growing interest in agentic IT operations solutions that help customers improve uptime, streamline incident management and maximise existing observability investments.

The agreement reflects a shared commitment to helping UK&I organisations modernise operations, improve resilience and reduce the cost and complexity of managing critical digital services. BigPanda is available to CMS Distribution partners in the UK and Ireland with immediate effect.
