Jigsaw24 has appointed David Dudman as its new managing director, signalling a strategic shift towards ambitious growth endeavours. Effective immediately, Dudman steps into this role, steering the organisation towards a strengthened focus on Apple-based solutions and pioneering technologies.
Dudman previously served as the chief operating officer within Jigsaw24, bringing with him over a decade of expertise from his time at BT Group. His transition to the helm aligns seamlessly with Jigsaw24’s dedication to industry-leading service delivery, especially in the realm of Apple solutions, where the company has been a frontrunner for over 30 years, serving businesses and educational institutions.
“I am thrilled to lead Jigsaw24 during this dynamic time in the IT industry,” Dudman commented. “This is a fantastic business with unrivalled expertise and a track record that is second to none. Businesses are embracing Mac, iPad and iPhone like never before – thanks in part to their security, user experience and productivity benefits – and I’m excited to lead an organisation that has always championed that adoption with complimentary technologies. We are on track to deliver £200m turnover this year for the first time, and I have an incredible team around me to take the business even further. Working closely with our key partners Apple, Avid, Adobe, HP, Jamf, Microsoft and many more, we have exciting growth plans that we will be sharing in the coming months.”
In tandem with Dudman’s appointment, founders Roger Whittle and John Hughes transition to non-executive director roles. Spearheading the organisation since it started in 1992, both Whittle and Hughes have steered Jigsaw24 towards continual year-on-year growth. They remain integral to the company’s future, providing invaluable guidance and support to the team.
Whittle said: “I couldn’t be happier that Dudman has been appointed as managing director, a promotion which is richly deserved. He will be a tremendous leader for Jigsaw24 and has been vital to its successes since joining back in 2019. We are all very excited about Jigsaw24’s competitive position and growth prospects for 2024/25 and beyond. Only recently, we surpassed £2 billion in cumulative sales, which is a huge achievement for a business that started out in a terraced house in Nottingham.”
