Kramer’s latest high-profile addition to its ‘new look’ senior leadership team is AV professional Lukasz Czajkowski as its new EMEA customer service director.
Based at Kramer’s EMEA HQ in Amstelveen, Netherlands, Czajkowski brings a wealth of senior management experience to the Kramer team, having held top-level customer support, care and experience-focused positions at several leading global organizations, including IBM, Unisys, and Sonos, where he spent more than 15-years.
Reporting to Peter Baxter, senior vice president (SVP) EMEA, Czajkowski will be responsible for refreshing and overseeing all of Kramer’s customer service operations, which are a key part of the company’s ongoing business transformation and ambitious growth strategy.
Using his leadership, relationship management and analytic skills nurtured throughout a success-ridden career, Czajkowski’s key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, developing and executing new innovative measures to enhance customer satisfaction, nurture new and existing relationships, increase brand loyalty, and generate new sales and service opportunities across its portfolio of advanced engagement technology solutions.
Working with partners such as Sony, Jabra and Netgear, Kramer’s industry-leading hardware, advanced software and cutting-edge cloud technologies deliver complete meeting room solutions for any business, with corporate, education, entertainment, healthcare and government among its core customers.
“We’re delighted to welcome Lukasz to the Kramer team and to be part of an exciting new era, as we strive to reach the potential this company deserves,” said Baxter. “There has been and continues to be a lot of hard work taking place behind the scenes as we restructure to bring truly outstanding support and value to our partners and customers in the channel and, as importantly, across our teams. Lukasz is yet another example of Kramer being able to attract the industry-leading talents, and provide them with the opportunity to grow with us. 2024 is an important year for Kramer and it’s important we have the right skillset and mindset to be able to hit the ground running. With Lukasz, we have that.”
Commenting on his appointment, Czajkowski added: “From the first moment I walked through the door, I have been immensely impressed with not only the company’s incredible products, but the collective enthusiasm and shared belief in the company. The structure of the business allows people to make a real impact, and that’s what excites me most. Yes, the company has experienced some challenges in the past, but it says a lot about a team that’s willing to recognize and accept where it’s fallen short and then show such motivation to put things right. The new structure will allow us to create synergies across all teams and countries and with the experience, knowledge and skills I’ve picked up and developed during my career, I feel like all roads have led to this point and I couldn’t be more motivated or happier to have joined the Kramer family.”
