Luxury German audio-visual brand, Loewe Technology, has announced the appointment of Antony Bunn-Major (pictured) as its new Regional Account Manager.
Bunn-Major brings a wealth of experience, having spent many years working in high end consumer electronics retail at the premium independent retail chain, Music Matters, as well as senior roles at Innuos and Sound United.
His appointment is the latest to bolster Loewe’s presence in the UK, including the appointment of Alan Whyte as Managing Director in 2021.
Commenting on his appointment in late-October, Bunn-Major says, “I have always had a soft spot for Loewe, ever since my retail days. Handmade in Germany using the highest quality parts, they are a different beast to any other television brand in the market today. I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to the team, to grow the Loewe account base, and more importantly give the current Partners the support tools they need to do their job effectively.”
Loewe UK MD, Alan Whyte, says, “Antony comes with a wealth of well-rounded experience and we’re delighted to welcome him to the team. Independent retail and custom installation is our bread and butter so we need to do all we can to support them.”
He continues, “Having Antony onboard as Regional Account Manager means that our current Partners in the north of the UK and Ireland will benefit from true account management. I don’t see the team as sales reps – they don’t visit stores with an order book. We know our Partners’ time is precious, so we need to be respectful of that and ensure that any and all communication, whether verbal, written or face to face brings maximum value. Antony will add that value to his region.”
