G2 Esports has appointed Thuy Ha as its new Head of Content and Sasha Alexandrov as the Head of Media.
Thuy Ha will be creating new and inclusive content in order to reach audiences beyond esports. Thuy’s biggest achievements lie in pitching and leading creative esports strategies, campaign initiatives and partnerships for various brands including KitKat, got2b and Levi’s. Thuy has confidently joined the G2 Esports team for the opportunity to impact an award-winning content team, with hopes of taking them into new heights.
Sasha Alexandrov as the new Head of Media will lead the department, elevating G2’s media presence globally. Throughout his career, some of Sasha’s greatest achievements include leading social strategy, creative and setting up media presence for emerging markets at Beats by Dre.
Thuy Ha, Head of Content at G2 Esports, said: “G2 has benchmarked how to approach content in esports. Now, a new era has come. We take a step forward, challenge ourselves on how to elevate stories and think in campaigns – not only in content pieces. Being provocative while staying true to the G2 core and sometimes crossing the line. Exciting!”
