Confluent, Inc. has appointed Richard Timperlake as Senior Vice President EMEA, Sales.
Responsible for driving growth in EMEA, Timperlake will focusing on driving digitisation for customers across the region . He will be based in London, U.K. and will report directly to Larry Shurtz, Confluent’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Prior to joining Confluent, Timperlake was SVP EMEA at Alteryx, where he was responsible for the hyper-growth of the business and driving digital transformation across all sizes of organisations. He also spent nine years at Qlik, where he ran Global Sales working with customers and partners in over 100 countries. Additionally, Timperlake held several roles at Splunk, Siebel and SAS.
