Tech Data is giving partners access to adoption and change management and end user training services from The Readiness Company (TRC). The Microsoft-focused services, which are now available on the Tech Data Academy platform, will enable partners to have more strategic and consultative-led discussions about digital transformation with their customers.
The Microsoft CSP team at Tech Data has been working with TRC to provide sales enablement tuition and consultancy to partners for some time, helping them to get up and running with cloud solutions and grow their sales. The addition of TRC’s services to the Tech Data Academy makes it easy for partners to make use of the company’s methodology for opening up meaningful dialogues with customers about the benefits of placing Microsoft’s cloud-based solutions at the heart of their business.
Richard Whitson, training business development manager, Tech Data Academy, UK&I, said: “Part of Tech Data’s role as a trusted advisor is to help partners focus on the desired aims and ambitions of the customer in deploying Microsoft solutions. TRC’s consultancy and training helps partners understand how they can instigate and develop those kinds of discussions, how to articulate the benefits of Teams, and show customers how they can drive impactful, lasting, and positive business outcomes with their deployments.”
Gary Garnett, managing director of TRC, added: “For adoption and change management engagements, TRC goes through a full consultative process, from discovery, design, and delivery, right through to the measurement of results against pre-defined goals. Other scenarios may require a simpler focus on training of end users – and that is something we are highly experienced in delivering as well. We can take either approach or combine the two and tailor services for partners and their customers.”
