The emergence of 5G, IoT, UAVs, and WiFi 6 has driven innovation and offered new opportunities within the telecoms industry resulting in a highly competitive market. With 15 essential telco-focused courses on technology, tools, and health & safety, RAC helps enterprises embrace these evolving technologies, upskill its workforce and deliver fantastic customer service to gain competitive advantage.

Developed by expert instructors, the virtual courses will enable enterprises to understand emerging technologies, utilize tools to manage projects efficiently, and ensure employee safety. Designed to help accelerate innovation and empower team members, enterprises can deliver industry-leading solutions faster.

As a Technical Service Provider (TSP), RAC is licensing the training courses independent of its comprehensive infrastructure engineering and management services. The Covid-compliant courses are available for the entire workforce including network architects, tower crews, land mobile radio technicians, managers as well as entry level employees. RAC’s courses are tailored to specific skillsets, whether it’s general training to keep employees up to date with new developments like 5G deployments, or certified learning plans that will aid their career progression.

Shuayb Greenaway, Founder and CEO at RAC said: “I have worked in the telco industry for over 20 years, where there has been a lack in education investment, especially on the operations side. RAC looks to standardize the level of training required for telco businesses and add value to the industry. Launching the platform globally, our aim is to reach new customers that can benefit from industry standard training as well as professional consulting.”

Greenaway continues: “The ongoing shift to remote work, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has driven huge demand for networking infrastructure and connectivity. It is therefore critical for telco enterprises that provide infrastructure engineering, that their staff are properly trained and equipped with the latest industry developments, for example facilitating the roll out of 5G to remain competitive.”
