Future Processing reflects on a successful year with new client wins and revenue growth

Future Processing has announced its most successful year yet, as it acquired a total of 16 new clients in the UK market in 2020, an increase of 260% compared to the previous year. As a result, the revenue produced from new customers in the UK market increased by 500% compared to 2019.

2020 proved to be one of the most successful years for Future Processing since it was founded, in terms of profit, revenue and new projects, during the most uncertain year in history with a combination of COVID-19 and Brexit negotiations. In fact, at the level of total nearshoring, UK revenue increased by 16% compared to the previous year. A similar increase is now forecasted for this year.

Whilst navigating the unprecedented environment, the company increased its revenue by 23.5%, with the UK share in revenue from new customers increasing from 13% to 49% compared to 2019. The company now operates a client base of 50, in comparison to 38 clients last year. New clients include Cambridge University Press, Demica and iPsychtec.

Commenting on Future Processing’s growing and successful client portfolio, Paweł Pustelnik, Managing Director said, “Despite everything that 2020 threw at us, we have come through stronger than ever. It is not without thanks to our visionary clients and dedicated employees that allowed us to succeed and deliver the highest quality software development solutions, always a number one priority here at Future Processing”.

“2021 marks an opportunity for businesses to continue their path towards technology and its endless possibilities. Forget functioning, companies are now thriving by being able to operate remotely, an area worth taking advantage of, with the right technologies”.

“This year our aim will be to nurture and grow our current client base while encouraging the benefits of nearshoring during a time of Brexit uncertainty in the UK” concludes Pustelnik.
