PCR will be running a retail analysis piece in the Feb issue focusing on content and user interaction and how this is shaping the Digital retail space.
If you would like to get involved then please send comment centred around the following questions:
1. Are you using artificial intelligence technology and psychology research to help online shoppers find the perfect products? If so how?
2. Is the company using anonymous data collection? If so how and what are the results?
3. How is the online shopping experience evolving and what are customers expecting out of the experience now?
4. How can online retailers look to maximise content and user interaction?
I will need about 150 words or so answers per question and the deadline is 15th Jan.
