BullGuard launches latest VPN offering

BullGuard has launched BullGuard VPN, a VPN (Virtual Private Network) solution that is easy for consumers to install and use.

As many of us continue to work from home and consumers worldwide now more aware of the importance of online privacy, resellers can capitalise on the unprecedented increase in demand for VPNs. Available immediately, BullGuard VPN enables resellers to offer their customers an award-winning, advanced, yet easy-to-use VPN product that provides military-grade encryption to ensure their total privacy.

“We are delighted to provide our partners with the opportunity to tap into the VPN market and at a time when sales are increasing exponentially,” said BullGuard Head of Global Sales, Steve Hicks. “The opportunistic nature of cybercriminals poses a real threat to online privacy in the current circumstances, and the increase in demand of VPN is a clear sign that end users are recognising the importance of their online security and privacy and taking appropriate action. The potential for revenue growth for resellers now that they can fulfil this surge in demand is substantial. By adding BullGuard VPN to our channel product line up, resellers can now offer a complete portfolio of BullGuard products to ensure their customers have total protection and privacy from the persistent tide of cyber-criminal activities.”

BullGuard VPN defeats hackers, malware and those who spy on wireless data traffic. It provides customers with complete security when using vulnerable Wi-Fi hotspots and enables online anonymity, which is increasingly important in an online world where privacy is continuously under siege.

Using this platform,  users can hide their origin IP address and prevent ISPs, social media platforms and government organisations from monitoring their online browsing activity. The websites a user visits, the content they upload or download, or what applications and services they use are all kept completely private. BullGuard VPN automatically launches when a device starts up and includes an auto-connect for open Wi-Fi networks. Users receive secure connections into unprotected Wi-Fi hotspots, which are common in airports, hotels and cafes, protecting them against data theft, malware, privacy breaches and cyberattacks via Wi-Fi. BullGuard VPN customers can also enjoy BullGuard’s renowned 24/7 customer support, regular software updates and a no-logs policy.

Available for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems, BullGuard VPN is offered in one-, two-, and three-year license plans. Each license secures and protects up to six devices simultaneously (desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet), and users can easily switch between servers in 16 different country locations.

Dean Wood, Operations Director at Smart Computers said: “As end-users increasingly realise the importance of a VPN to protect their sensitive and confidential data, especially those working remotely due to COVID-19 regulations, demand has increased exponentially. We fully expect significant sales opportunities for VPN as they become a mainstream essential. Having a well-renowned product such as BullGuard VPN on our system enables us to serve this growing demand with confidence and provides us with a fully-rounded, comprehensive security and privacy product portfolio to create more opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.”
