Kathy Quashie joins Vodafone as Head of Partnerships and Alliances

Vodafone has appointed Kathy Quashie as head of partnerships and alliances. She will provide support to Vodafone’s partners, helping them market and sell its leading range of mobile, fixed, converged and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to businesses of all sizes across the UK. She will also be looking to recruit new partners.

Quashie joins from BT where she led the major business team for nearly four years.

“This is an exciting time to join Vodafone. The recent launch of 5G and Business Unlimited – and our breadth of solutions spanning mobile, fixed, converged and IoT – bring huge opportunities for partners. I’m really looking forward to helping them maximise opportunities from working with Vodafone. It’s our ambition to be the go-to Digital Partner for UK businesses; our partners are critical in helping us achieve this goal,” said Quashie.

She brings 18 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, joining BT in 2010, holding a number of leadership roles there, including CEO and chair of BT Expedite, BT’s multi-channel retail business. Before joining BT, Quashie held roles in Carphone Warehouse, TalkTalk Group and The Royal Bank.

Vodafone launched 5G and Business Unlimited plans for small businesses to partners on 3rd July 2019. Business Unlimited Max offers 5G, unlimited data and Vodafone’s best-in-market roaming, with 77 destinations included free and 5G roaming in the UK, Italy, Spain, and Germany this summer. The Unlimited plans start at £19 per month, excluding VAT.
