Following PCR’s acquisition by Datateam Media Group, Rob Baker and Beccy Barr have both joined the sales team to support the brand while Sarah Goldhawk is on maternity leave.
Baker returns to the publication having previously worked on PCR while the title belonged to Intent Media, and later, NewBay Media. He can be reached on 0203 143 8778 and at RBaker@biz-media.co.uk.
“PCR remains an authority in the IT and tech market and I’m looking forward to re-joining the team and working with both new and familiar faces in the channel throughout 2019 and beyond,” commented Baker.
Beccy Barr also joins the sales team, working on the brand and the 2019 Awards while PCR’s account manager, Sarah Goldhawk, is on maternity leave. Barr can be reached on 07703 503 101 and at BBarr@biz-media.co.uk.
"It’s great to have both Rob and Beccy on board. With their combined experience – along with the support of our new publisher, Biz Media – 2019 is set to be an exciting year for PCR," said Laura Barnes, editor of PCR.
The Datateam Media Group has acquired AMI, Bike Biz, Licensing.biz, MCV, PCR and Toy News, plus all associated events. The Group already operates numerous B2B brands and events in the UK and overseas across a range of sectors.
The six newly-acquired brands, which have been bought from Future plc, will form Biz Media. All current team members are transferring over to the new business, which will be led by media director Colin Wilkinson.
