DMSL named a BT Partner Experience Star

Broadband and communications solutions distributor DMSL has been presented with the BT Partner Experience Star award at the company’s annual partner conference.

Taking place in November at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) auditorium in London’s Piccadilly, the awards show presented John Carter, managing director of DMSL, with the accolade.

The award was won in recognition of the contribution DMSL has made over the past year to the further growth and development of BT’s partner business and driving SMB sales, and was presented to Carter by Steve Rathborne, director of partner channel at BT.

“It’s always good to have your achievements recognised and we are grateful to BT for the continued support and commitment they are giving both to us and our reseller partners right across the UK,” said Carter.

“SMBs are becoming more dependent on connectivity – in the office and on the move – and they know they can rely on BT to deliver the fast, reliable services they need.”

He believes there are more opportunities ready to be taken for BT and its reseller partners, particularly in the area of fixed and mobile convergence.

DMSL will be working with BT on the further development of its channel in 2019 and is already preparing to support SMB resellers in exploiting the potential. It recently appointed Lawrence Mitchell, who previously worked at both BT and Vodafone, as partner business development manager to provide sales support to partners.
