Acer has unveiled a host of new gear ahead of this year’s IFA show, including new Predator and Nitro gaming products, the OJO 500 Windows mixed reality headset, the Swift 5 notebook, and new Chromebooks, All-in-ones and projectors.
Here’s a rundown of what Acer products you’ll be able to check out at IFA 2018:
The Predator XB273K Monitor
“The new Predator XB273K gaming monitor brings games to life in ultra-high definition (3840×2160) immersion and features a rapid 144Hz refresh rate that provides wonderfully smooth images and tear-free gameplay when fast-moving objects buzz across the screen. The Acer Nitro XV273K Monitor

The Predator Thronos Gaming Chair
“The all new Predator Thronos reimagines the gaming chair for a new level of gamer. Its steel structure is 1.5 meters tall and comes in menacing dual-tone black with white or blue accents. It puts the gamer in the game through deep impact vibration, where the chair vibrates upon in-game impact. The chair is adjustable and includes an ergonomic seat design, foot rest, and a cabin that reclines up to 140 degrees. The overhead brace supports three 27 – inch gaming monitors and a space for a Predator gaming PC. The New Acer Nitro Gadget Range

OJO 500 Windows mixed reality headset
The new headset features a one-of-a-kind detachable design that offers superior flexibility, comfort, and hygiene for consumers and businesses.

PL and SL series projectors
“The Acer PL and SL series projectors offer stunning picture quality, life-like colours, and incredible efficiency thanks to the innovative laser diode. Beyond picture quality, the PL and SL projectors’ laser diodes have a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours, lasting far longer than traditional projector lamps. With no lamp to burn out, it greatly reduces lamp replacement costs and hassle. Aside from being more durable, it turns on and off almost instantly, saving customers time.
