Microsoft to offer budget Windows 10 build?

Microsoft could be set to offer its customers a low-cost ‘Windows 10 with Bing’ build, according to reports.

A leaked slide from chip maker Intel via liliputing.com shows a Compute Stick product roadmap, which includes Win 10 W/Bing.

According to Tech Crunch, Windows 8.1 with Bing costs a lot less to PC manufacturers, and the new code has been designed for smaller tablets and devices that are sold at lower price points.

In other Microsoft news, the tech giant has released new updates for Office 2016 Windows Preview.

Microsoft announced that they have over one million customers using the Office Preview across Windows and Mac platforms.

Some of the highlights include Real Time Presence in Word, meaning users can see where in a document teammates are editing.

The company is also simplifying the process of sharing files, and making them available to others to review, comment and edit.

Other improvements include Power Pivot, grammar checkers as well as Version History improvements.
