IT business management tech provider Autotask Corporation has agreed to acquire cloud-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) provider CentraStage.
"The acquisition will enable the combined customer base to solve IT problems more efficiently, ultimately increasing customer scalability and profitability," said Autotask in a statement. "Autotask’s acquisition of CentraStage will take endpoint management to the next level, and its combined offering will empower customers to more quickly and easily deliver value in a true SaaS environment."
CentraStage delivers a cloud-based architecture that enables users to remotely monitor and manage all of their endpoints (like servers, computers and mobile devices).
