World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor Standard Edition is now available to pre-purchase at selected UK retailers.
Picking up the Standard Edition box ahead of the expansion’s release will let users upgrade their account to Warlords of Draenor immediately.
This gives players a level 90 character boost which can be used at any time.
Pre-purchase copies of Warlords of Draenor are on sale now. The game is available from Amazon, GAME and Grainger Games in the UK and Gamestop in Ireland.
The digital code supplied when buying the Standard Edition can be linked up to a Battle.net account before release, and all content will automatically download through the Battle.net app so users can play the new expansion as soon as it’s released.
"These pre-purchase boxes, which are only available before the game comes out, don’t include a game disc, but instead everything is linked to the digital code inside," said a Blizzard community manager.
"Apply it to your Battle.net account before release, and all the content will automatically download through the Battle.net app so you’ll be able to play Warlords of Draenor as soon as it’s released. Oh – and there’s a cool poster inside too."
World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor expansion pack will be released on or before December 20th, 2014.
