Bing gets redesigned logo and search page

Microsoft has unveiled a new look for its Bing search engine.

The new logo and search page is designed to fit in with the visual makeover Microsoft is gradually rolling out across the company.

“Our new logo was created to be simple, real and direct,” reads the Bing blog.

The logo was unveiled along with upgrades to the search engine. The redesign gives users answers to their questions in a more interactive format than before.

The new features include Bing Smart Search, which lets users collect results across different platforms. There are also a number of new apps for PC, tablet and phones including Food & Drink and Health & Fitness.

There are also improvements to Bing on Windows Phone, Xbox and Office.
