American Express customers can now buy items with their cards by using certain hashtags on Twitter.
Customers who sync their cards will be able to buy certain items. The first will be a $25 AmEx gift card, which will go for $15 if you tweet #BuyAmexGiftCard25.
Other offers rolling out this week include a discounted Amazon Kindle Fire HD, and an Xbox 360 with a three-month Xbox LIVE Subscription and two game tokens.
Those using the correct hashtags will get a verification tweet from @AmexSync containing a confirmation hashtag. They will have 15 minutes to tweet the confirmation hashtag to complete their purchase.
