The UK PC manufacturer has selected Simon Harbridge as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Harbridge has been with the business for several years, having previously held the position of Finance Director at the firm, where he managed Stone Group’s first management buyout in 2005 and again in 2008.
John Dillon, Managing Partner at RJD Partners, the independent private equity investor responsible for Stone Group, said: “Simon is a natural leader with proven operational and business experience and is instrumental to the solid position that the company is in today.”
“I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to lead a very talented group of employees at Stone,” said Harbridge.
“Stone’s reputation is synonymous with quality of service and I look forward to leading the company into the next phase of its growth.”
The firm has already begun its search for a replacement Finance Director, however, a candidate has yet to be selected.
