Nokia expands Zynga deal to bring Draw Something to Asha Touch

Nokia has today announced that it will bring popular Zynga games Draw Something and Zynga Poker to its line of feature phones.

The games will start rolling out in Q3 2012 across Nokia’s Asha Touch range, which includes the Asha 305, Asha 306 and Asha 311. This means that by the end of autumn over 100 million consumers will get the play the popular titles.

Both games will be freemium, meaning they will be free to download but will offer in-game purchases.

"It’s great to expand our offering of Zynga games to deliver more blockbuster titles across our portfolio of mobile devices, giving consumers great choice and tremendous value," said Nokia’s Global Partnering & Application Development VP and GM Bryan Biniak.

"With premium design, powerful hardware and outstanding gaming capabilities, we’re redefining what consumers expect from today’s feature phone experience."

Draw Something and Zynga Poker will both be available from the Nokia Store and will be the first Zynga games to make their way to Nokia feature phones.
