PC gaming peripheral specialist Razer technologies has released a video of the Tron themed gaming mouse.
Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan posted the video of the Tron and Tron mousemat on Facebook which he said was "straight from the Razer Design labs." As previously seen the mouse sports a Tron-like set of backlit stripes and looks suitably impressive as it is but the stand out feature is the new mouse mat.
In what must surely rank up there in the "why didn’t anyone think of that before" stakes, the mousemat is made out of flourescent material and the underside of the mouse shines an LED at the mousemat so that mouse trails can be seen when the mouse is moved.
The mouse and mousemat is expected to go on sale at $99 and comes as marketing efforts build for the upcoming Disney film remake, again featuring Jeff Bridges.
