Apple has just opened pre-orders for the iPhone 4 on its UK webstore, revealing a price of £499 for the 16GB version, and £599 for the 32GB version.
The handsets are being sold SIM-free, and at present only the black version is available for pre-order – the white version is not. The promised delivery date is 24th June.
"When you purchase your iPhone from the Apple Online Store, you’ll get it SIM-free. So you can sign up for service with the carrier of your choice and change your carrier at any time," explains the product page.
