Vendor HANNspree today revealed its new line of high definition TVs, designed to provide a sharper image and greater colour contrast.
The TVs in the new ST series feature two new HANNspree technologies. X-Celerate technology improves 3D rendering and response time, reducing motion blur on fast-moving images, while X-Contrast creates greater contrast by using a darker black and brighter white colour.
The product line also includes Digital Noise Reduction to improve the picture clarity, and built-in Pull-down Processing, which corrects errors in frame rates for flicker-free images.
The TVs, which support VGA, can double up as PC monitors, and are also compatible with HDMI-equipped devices such as Blu-Ray players, games consoles and HD camcorders.
The first ST products to be launched are the 25-inch ST251 and the 28-inch ST281, with larger models due to be released later this year.
