Apple has confirmed that it will be taking the wraps off its new laptop range on October 14th, following a week of leaks.
In an invitation to US journalists, Apple tentatively teased "The Spotlight Turns to Notebooks", a reference to the firm’s iPod launch invite.
Invitations have yet to be sent out to UK publications.
