Mobile operator joins Orange and 3 to offer free laptops to customers

T-Mobile enters laptop fray

T-Mobile has become the latest mobile operator to enter the PC retail market with the launch of its Mobile Broadband Plus package.

Customer signing up to the 24-month deal will receive an Acer Travelmate 5320 laptop and T-Mobile mobile broadband modem, when taking out the £30-a-month deal.

Speaking about the deal, T-Mobile’s head of internet and entertainment Richard Warmsley said: "T-Mobile is committed to offering customers everything they need to access broadband, wherever they need it.

"This latest Mobile Broadband Plus deal, including both the Acer laptop and web’n’walk stick, is the first complete package on offer. Surfing the net has never been easier."

The operator joins the likes of Orange and 3 which have launched similar deals in the past few months.
