PC version of upcoming psychological horror game to be available exclusively via Steam

Silent Hill goes download-only

Less than a week after the PC Gaming Association brought out its report showing that retail sales accounted for less than 30 per cent of revenues for the format, Konami has announced that it will be taking the step of releasing its upcoming psychological-horror Silent Hill Homecoming exclusively via Valve’s online distribution service, Steam.

The game is due to hit Europe later this year, with the US seeing the title launch next month.
