Clone Mac manufacturer served with summons according to court papers

Apple sues Psystar

After months of will it, won’t it, Apple is suing clone PC manufacturer Psystar for copyright and software licensing infringement, according to court documents.

Apple filed the summons with the federal district court of northern California on July 3rd, alleging that firm has violated several of its software agreements including its ‘shrinkwrap’ license, as well as copyright and trademark infringement.

According to court records, the case must be answered before October 22nd.
