Spire Technology has been voted ‘Specialist Distributor of the Year’ by ChannelWatch.
ChannelWatch is a reseller survey providing detailed insight into reseller behaviour, opinions and attitudes – the largest of its kind in Europe. This year’s Distributor of the Year Awards are based on the views of over 5000 resellers who rated distributors on key service criteria, and who were asked who they would vote for as the best overall.
The ChannelWatch survey is conducted by data analysts, Context. They are an independent organisation that the majority of European distributors submit their sales data to every month.
Theo Gibbons, Marketing Manager at Contet, said: "Spire won the Specialist Distributor of the Year because amongst a number of performance criteria, it stood out for its excellent ratings for customer service, prompt communications, speed of delivery, and overall ease of doing business."
Once per year, they ask the reseller community to give feedback and their opinions and ratings on the distributors and vendors that they use. The survey ranks feedback against the all other Distributors in the UK
The ChannelWatch Specialist Distributor of the year is awarded on the basis of a number of weighted factors, including the number of nominations for the award, and the average rating across a number of Distributor performance criteria.
The criteria include speed of delivery, ease of doing busines, customer service and price transparency.
